The leasing of the “Spinnerei” has been started.

Construction work on the historic spinning mill is still in full swing. Completion and occupancy of the apartments and commercial spaces are now in sight, so leasing can begin.

Depending on the progress of construction, occupancy will take place in several phases between December 1, 2026, and May 1, 2027.
